All kinship carers in the Canberra and surrounding regions are invited to attend our Kinship Circle Carer Support Group which launched in February 2022. We welcome both formal and informal kinship carers.
The aim of this group is to bring kinship carers across the region together to connect and support each other, as well as to share our stories, ideas and resources. It is a non-judgemental space facilitated by experienced kinship carers for kinship carers.
If there is a particular topic of interest that you would like to discuss with the group, please let us know via email or at the next group meeting. We hope to be able to discuss a wide range of topics relating to kinship caring.
Please read through the Kinship Circle Carer Support Group T&Cs and Group Rules before attending. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable in our group, so it is important that we all follow these rules.
